Each unit is carefully sourced and prepared with intention. Some texture, lengths, and raw hair options may be available by pre-order only. If item become unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted promptly with an update or resolution.
Processing & Fulfillment
Because quality takes care and precision:
- Standard processing time is 2-5 business days
- Pre-order or custom units may require 7-14 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time. Business day exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping
We offer:
- Standard Shipping $10
- Overnight $40
Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in product pricing. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Lace Collection is not responsible for transit delays, Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Our lace products are delicate and require professional handling. We are not responsible for damage caused by:
